This policy explains what information No Secrets (“we,” “us”) collects through our websites, applications, workshops, and cohort programs, and how we use it. The short version: we use your information to run our programs and to tell you about related things we make. We do not sell it.

1. What we collect

• What you give us: name, email, and anything you include in an application (role, links, what you’re building, availability, payment preference).
• Payment details: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: pages visited and interactions, collected via analytics tools (Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), which may use cookies or similar technologies.

2. How we use it

• To review applications and run our programs.
• To communicate with you about your application, program logistics, and support.
• To send you marketing about No Secrets products, cohorts, offers, and events we think are relevant to you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects an active program.
• To improve our site, programs, and materials.

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel), analytics (Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), and community platforms you choose to join (such as Skool). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

5. Retention

We keep application and enrollment records for as long as needed to run our programs and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); we’ll honor it except where we’re required to keep records, such as payment history.

6. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing at any time via any email footer.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing jibril@nosecrets.community.
• Block cookies in your browser; the site still works.

7. Children

Our Services are for adults and are not directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
