Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of No Secrets websites, applications, workshops, and cohort programs, including Ship in 4 (together, the “Services”), operated by No Secrets (“we,” “us”). By using our Services, submitting an application, or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Applications and enrollment

Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat and does not commit you to purchasing. We review applications for scope, commitment, timing, and cohort fit, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion. A seat is confirmed only after payment is completed.

2. Payments and refunds

Program pricing is shown at the point of purchase. Payment plans, where offered, are a convenience and remain a commitment to the full program price. If you are unable to participate, contact us before the cohort begins; refund requests are handled case by case and are not guaranteed after the cohort starts.

3. What the program is (and isn’t)

Ship in 4 is a guided, hands-on building program. We provide structure, reviews, feedback, and technical direction. You build and own your product. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, users, employment, or any particular result. Success depends on your participation and effort.

4. Your work and ownership

You retain full ownership of the products, code, and materials you create during a program. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reference and showcase your participation and publicly launched work (for example, in a cohort recap or on our site) with attribution. Tell us in writing if you’d rather we didn’t, and we’ll honor it.

5. Our content

Program materials, recordings, templates, and processes are ours and are licensed to you for personal use. Don’t resell, redistribute, or share access to them.

6. Communications

By applying or purchasing, you agree that we may contact you by email (and other channels you provide) about your application, your program, and related No Secrets products, offers, and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time via the link in any email; transactional messages about an active program will still be sent.

7. Community conduct

Cohorts are small and built on trust. Be respectful, keep other members’ unreleased work confidential, and don’t record sessions without consent. We may remove anyone who disrupts the program, without refund, though we’ll always attempt a conversation first.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
